All sales are final. By placing an order with Handmade Rust, you agree to this policy.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances — unless the item you receive is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Each piece is made or printed to order, by hand, in limited quantities. Because of this, we cannot restock or resell returned items. This policy protects the integrity of our process, prevents inventory waste, and ensures all customers receive unworn, untouched product.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at HANDMADERUST@GMAIL.COM within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short explanation. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement if the product shows signs of wear, intentional damage, or if the claim is submitted outside of the required window.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from Handmade Rust, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be reported as fraudulent activity, and we will submit full documentation — including this accepted return policy, shipping records, and proof of delivery — to dispute the claim.
